With loss, change or transition there is a natural grieving process. It is in relationships with others that we often meet our greatest challenges; Psychotherapy is a process that allows people to examine what is going on for them internally and externally. One may examine the necessary changes before them to embrace life’s next step. Life is not static, yet it is all too common for people to periodically feel stuck or hopeless in their lives, be that individually or in relationships. Therapy provides a confidential and safe place to explore one’s inner story and make the necessary changes to grow and move forward.
My practice is open to working with culturally sensitive issues. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults, couples and families.
